Starting with a review of your pupil data usage we can offer consultancy to improve your awareness of all areas with your SIMS MIS system. This includes reporting, behaviour, SEN, attendance, profiles, and processes such as census, end of year promotion and School workforce census.
Microsoft Support and Training
A support and training package in Microsoft Office to help with your continued development in Word documents and spreadsheets with a focus on their interaction with your SIMS system. This will include mail-merging and advanced SIMS. Net reports in Excel.

Cloud Backup
Offsite backups are an important part of your data security and in compliance with the GDPR regulations OrbIT can provide a secure and effective backup solution for your admin network. Data will be encrypted and backed up to Live Drive’s secure and GDPR compliant UK platform.

OrbIT will monitor the backups and restore any corrupted or damaged data, including SIMS databases as needed. Along with the SIMS backups, schools can use this space to store documents and files that they could not afford to lose.
